Departure-Arrival
On the day of your arrival the apartments will be available from 2 pm at the earliest. If you arrive after 8 pm we would like you to call us to let us know. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartments by 11 am.

For persons from the age of 15, the local tax is 2.80 € per person / day

It is possible to let your pets join the holidays in the mountains. Please let us know when you take your pets with you.

Cancellation
Room cancellations are unpleasant for everyone. Nevertheless, there can always be something in between. Therefore, we ask you to inform us in writing. Then we will be as tolerant as possible. To avoid caution, take out a travel cancellation insurance - it protects against cancellation costs!

P.S. The Stubier Höhenweg, Gloatsteig and Elfer Panoramaweg have recently been awarded with the 'Bergwege Gütesiegel', which is a certificate for the special natural beauty of a route and the exemplary care and marking of the route.

Winter activities

Winter holidays in Guesthouse Barbara

Our region guaranties you a snow sure winter holidays. From our house you have direct access to various winter hiking trails to discover the Stubai Valley in a very special way. The Stubai Glacier can be reached by car or skibus in 20 minutes. The ski area Schlick 2000 is about 8 km, the family ski area about 14 km and the Elfer ski lift is about 1 km away. The busstop is with only 150 meters away within walking distance. With our guestcard, you can use the skibus for free!
 
On request, we can lend you sledding vehicles for free.

The Stubai Super Card - the INCLUSIVE CARD

If you spend your stay with a participating partner company, a large number of services are included in your holiday in Stubaital:

• Free use of the Stubai Glacier cable car: 1 ascent and descent per day (no transport with ski equipment)
• Free use of the Serlesbahnen: 1 ascent and descent per day
• 1 ride on the Mieders summer toboggan run per week
• Free use of the Schlick 2000 cable cars: 1 ascent and descent per day
• Free use of the Elferbahnen in Neustift: 1 ascent and descent per day
• Free travel on the Innsbruck transport company buses between Mutterberg and Innsbruck
• Free travel on the Fulpmes-Innsbruck-Fulpmes Stubaitalbahn

You will receive the Stubai Super Card for your stay in the period from 17. May 2024 - 3. November 2024 at the participating landlords.

The Stubai Card - the PURCHASE CARD

For those guests who do not spend their holidays in a partner company of the Stubai Super Card, the Stubai Card is an alternative (available only with a Stubai Guest Card). This includes the same services as the Stubai Super Card and can be used on 5 freely selectable days within a period of 7 consecutive days (5 in 7). The Stubai Card is available in the offices of the tourism association and the 4 mountain railways.

17. May 2024 - 30. October 2024 (last valid date: November 03, 2024)

Prices:

Adults: € 92,-
Children: € 46,-

NOTE: Children under the age of 10 travel free of charge on all 4 mountain railways when accompanied by a paying parent upon presentation of the Stubai guest card. For the other services (swimming pools, public transport, etc.), children without a Stubai Card have to pay the regular admission or fare prices.
